Production Coating Services
DVTI offers contract, coating services for standard coatings as well as customer coating specifications. The DVD coating process is a low cost, high throughput process allowing us to be very competitive pricing and with the modern, state-of-the-art production coating equipment we are well suited to meet your production coating needs.
Advanced Functional Fibers
DVTI manufactures a wide range of advanced functional fibers for integration into your systems. Our coatings give high performance fibers multifunctional capabilities such as electrical conductivity or enhanced electrical conductivity. There are many different types of coating materials (copper, nickel, silver, etc.) available on many types of fibers (polymers, aramids, glass, carbon fiber and carbon nanotubes.
